It is Ordered that the motion to adjourn the appeal to the February 2007 term of this Court is denied as moot as the matter had already been placed on the February 2007 calendar. The cross-motion seeking to extend the cure period and permit appellant's dog back into the apartment pending determination of the appeal is denied.
