| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent to enlarge the judgment roll on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Nassau County, rendered March 25, 2005, to include a corrected copy of the transcript of the minutes of the sentencing proceedings.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and on or before December 8, 2006, the respondent shall file the corrected copy of the transcript of the minutes of the sentencing proceedings with the Clerk of this court.
