Motion by the appellant pro se on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Rockland County, rendered August 12, 2003, for summary reversal or to enlarge the time to serve and file a supplemental brief.

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to serve and file a supplemental brief is granted, and the supplemental brief submitted to the Clerk of this court is accepted for filing; and it is further,
