Motion by the appellants Kuldip Singh and Hassen M. Ratba and separate motion by the appellants Peter A. Marcano, Jr., and VW Credit Leasing, Ltd., to stay the trial in the above-entitled action pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated October 21, 2005.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is
