| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant Methodist Hospital on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated January 6, 2006, to enlarge the time to perfect its appeal, and separate motion by the appellant Istikhar U. Din for the same relief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the time to perfect the appeals is enlarged until December 27, 2006, and the joint record or appendix on the appeals (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][1]) and the appellants' respective briefs must be served and filed on or before that date.
