Jockimo and Boeggeman, George, Hodges & Corde on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated October 26, 2005, for leave to reargue a motion to impose sanctions pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.2(g), which was determined by decision and order on motion of this court dated October 16, 2006.
