Motion by the respondent to dismiss an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated February 9, 2006, for failure to comply with a decision and order on motion of this court dated May 19, 2006, which directed the appellant to perfect the appeal on or before June 19, 2006.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, and no papers having been filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements.
