| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to enlarge the time to serve and file a replacement appendix and brief on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Westchester County, rendered November 16, 2004.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the appellant's time to serve and file a replacement appendix and brief is enlarged until February 2, 2007, and the replacement appendix and brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until April 3, 2007, and the respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
