Application by the appellant Victor Alicanti pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief on appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered September 19, 2005 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2005-10018), two orders of the same court, both dated December 6, 2005 (Appellate Division Docket Nos. 2005-11354 and 2005-11355), a judgment of the same court also entered September 19, 2005 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2005-10025), and two orders of the same court, both dated December 6, 2005 (Appellate Division Docket Nos. 2005-11356 and 2005-11357).

ORDERED that the application is granted and the movant's reply brief shall be served and filed on or before December 8, 2006.
