| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Application by the appellant on appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Kings County, both dated August 29, 2006, in effect, to amend a decision and order on motion of this court dated September 21, 2006, which granted the appellant's motion to stay enforcement of the orders pending hearing and determination of the appeal, on condition that the appeal was perfected on or before November 20, 2006.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, and the decision and order on motion dated September 21, 2006, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraphs thereof the date "November 20, 2006," and substituting therefor the date "January 31, 2007".
