Motion by the respondent for the assignment of counsel to defend an appeal an order of the Family Court, Richmond County, dated February 15, 2006.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied, with leave to renew on or before January 5, 2007, upon proper papers, including the respondent's affidavit setting forth his full financial situation including all assets, both real and personal, as well as any and all sources of income and itemized list of expenses.
