Motion by the appellant to enjoin the respondents Leonard Kessler and Maureen Kessler from selling, transferring, conveying, or mortgaging the subject premises pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated August 23, 2006.
