ORDER ON APPLICATION

Applications by the respondent Risk Management Planning Group and Cambridge Integrated Recovery Services pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file their briefs on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County, dated January 27, 2006.

ORDERED that the applications are granted and the movants' time to serve and file their briefs is enlarged until December 26, 2006, and the movants' briefs must be served and filed on or before that date.
