Motion by the appellants to enjoin the Town of Ramapo from proceeding with any subdivision activities or with any other pursuit that might advance the development process of the subject property pending hearing and determination of an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated January 18, 2006.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
