| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Certilman Balin Adler & Hyman, LLP, for leave to withdraw as attorneys for the respondent on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated July 18, 2005, to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action for a period of 60 days.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, upon the substitution of counsel filed with the Clerk of the court on December 5, 2006, and no papers having been filed in opposition or relation to the motion, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to withdraw as attorneys for the respondent is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
