Motion the appellant to recall and vacate a decision and order on motion of this court dated May 22, 2006, which dismissed an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated October 7, 2005, on the ground that she was not aggrieved by an order entered upon her consent, and to reinstate the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
