| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION FOR REINSTATEMENT |
Motion by the respondent, George J. Cotz, for reinstatement as an attorney and counselor-at-law. By opinion and order of this court dated January 31, 2006, the respondent was suspended from the practice of law for a period of six months, commencing February 24, 2006, based upon the discipline imposed upon him in New Jersey. The respondent was admitted to the practice of law at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on September 14, 1994, under the name George Joseph Cotz.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers submitted in response thereto,
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that, effective immediately, the respondent, George J. Cotz, admitted as George Joseph Cotz is reinstated as an attorney and counselor-at-law and the Clerk of the Court is directed to restore the name of the respondent George J. Cotz, admitted as George Joseph Cotz, to the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law.
