Motion by Jimmy Dinkins, Jr., to direct that the parties submit to blood tests in connection with a purported appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated October 5, 2006.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is dismissed on the ground that the petitioner's motion for leave to appeal from the order dated October 5, 2006, was denied by decision and order on motion dated November 17, 2006.
