DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellants on appeals from two judgments of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated September 9, 2005, and January 3, 2006, respectively, inter alia, to compel the respondents to provide them with copies of the respondents' trial exhibits.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to compel the respondents to provide the appellants with copies of the respondents' trial exhibits is granted to the extent that the matter is referred to the Supreme Court, Queens County, to reconstruct the missing trial exhibits, if possible, and file a report on that issue, and the remaining branches of the motion are held in abeyance in the interim. The Supreme Court shall file its report with all convenient speed.
