Motion by the respondent to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated July 15, 2005.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the briefs submitted to the Clerk of the court are accepted for filing; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appellant's time to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until December 26, 2006, and the reply brief, if any, shall be served and filed on or before that date.
