Motion by the appellant for leave to withdraw his brief filed on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered August 4, 2005, and for leave to file a replacement brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the brief filed by the appellant on October 24, 2006 is deemed withdrawn, and the appellant shall serve and file a replacement brief on or before January 25, 2007.
