Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to enjoin the respondents Alexander Fischer and Mathew Fischer from releasing any funds to the respondent Abe Goldberger pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated November 28, 2006.
