DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by Gabriella F. Richman, the Law Guardian assigned to represent the child Amber B., to be relieved of an assignment to represent that child on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Orange County, dated June 9, 2005.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition to or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that time of Gabriella F. Richman, the Law Guardian assigned to represent the child Amber B., to serve and file a brief is enlarged until January 3, 2007, and the brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that no further enlargements of time shall be granted.
