Appeal by Victor Bonilla from an order of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated August 28, 2006. Pursuant to Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120, and upon the certification of Ellen Pober Rittberg, Esq., dated September 28, 2006, it is
