Separate appeals by Mark H. and Mary H. from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated October 20, 2005. The appellant Mary H. died on April 19, 2006.
On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeal by Mary H. is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, as her appeal abated upon her death (see Matter of Mary Ellen C. v Joseph William C., 79 AD2d 1024).
