| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant pro se for leave to renew that branch of his prior motion which was to be furnished with a copy of the typewritten transcripts of certain additional proceedings on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Nassau County, rendered August 18, 2003.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the court's own motion, the appellant's time to serve and file a supplemental brief is enlarged to February 13, 2007, and the appellant's supplemental brief shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant shall file nine copies of the supplemental brief and serve one copy on the District Attorney.
