| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant for leave to appeal from an order of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated November 9, 2006, and to stay enforcement of the order and continue custody of the subject children with her pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that enforcement of the order dated November 9, 2006, is stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeal; and it is further,
ORDERED that custody of the subject children is continued with the appellant pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
