| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent to hold in abeyance an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated July 15, 2005, and to remit the matter to the Family Court, Suffolk County, on the ground that the appeal has been rendered academic.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is held in abeyance and referred to the panel of justices hearing the appeal for determination upon the argument or submission thereof; and it is further,
ORDERED that the time of the respondent and the Law Guardian to serve and file their respective briefs is enlarged until January 5, 2007, and the respondent's brief and the Law Guardian's brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further enlargements of time shall be granted.
