DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant to stay arbitration of the uninsured motorist claim of the respondent Sharon Serpico pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated May 22, 2006.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted and arbitration of the uninsured motorist claim of the respondent Sharon Serpico is stayed pending hearing and determination of an appeal.
