Application by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated October 17, 2005, to substitute Robert E. Bergman, Jr., administrator of the estate of Deborah Lee McGregor, for the deceased defendant Deborah Lee McGregor.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted and Robert E. Bergman, Jr., administrator of the estate of Deborah Lee McGregor, is substituted for the deceased defendant Deborah Lee McGregor, and the caption has been amended accordingly; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant's time to perfect the appeal is enlarged until February 16, 2007, and the record or appendix on appeal and the appellant's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
