Application by the appellant pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to perfect appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated April 11, 2006, and April 24, 2006, respectively.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that on the court's own motion the appeals are dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to timely perfect the appeals in accordance with the rules of this court; and it is further,
ORDERED that the application is denied.
