| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the Incorporated Village of Kings Point, the Board of Zoning and Appeals of the Village of Kings Point, and Richard Schilt for leave to appeal to this court from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered March 16, 2006.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the court's own motion, the time of the Incorporated Village of Kings Point, the Board of Zoning and Appeals of the Village of Kings Point, and Richard Schilt to perfect the appeal is enlarged until January 22, 2007, and the joint record or appendix on the appeal and their brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
