Motion by the appellant on an appeal from a resentence of the Supreme Court, Queens County, imposed October 18, 2005, to correct the notice of appeal dated October 20, 2005, and the decision and order on motion of this court dated March 28, 2006, to reflect that the correct date of the resentence was October 18, 2005.
