Motion by the appellant on appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered October 21, 2003, and a resentence of the same court dated October 31, 2005, to correct the notice of appeal dated November 3, 2005 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2005-11094), and the decision and order on motion of this court dated January 6, 2006, to reflect that the correct date of the resentence was October 31, 2005.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted.
