Motion by the appellant pro se for leave to prosecute appeals from two amended judgments of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, both rendered April 22, 2002, as a poor person and for the assignment of counsel.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied, with leave to renew on or before January 22, 2007, upon proper papers, including a financial affidavit explaining the source of funds for the appellant's retained counsel and bail.
