Application by James Ernest Andrik, who was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on January 8, 2003, to change his name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law to James E. Andrik.
Upon the papers submitted in support of the application, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall change the applicant's name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law, from James Ernest Andrik to James E. Andrik, effective immediately.
