Motion by Global Liberty Insurance Company on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered February 21, 2006, to amend the notice of appeal to reflect that it and not Tarek Abdelhaq is the proper appellant.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the notice of appeal is deemed amended (see CPLR 2001; Matter of Tagliaferri v Weiler, 1 NY3d 605).
