Motion by the respondent to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, rendered March 1, 2005.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the briefs submitted to the Clerk of the court are accepted for filing; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the court's own motion, the appellant's time to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until January 2, 2007, and the reply brief, if any, must be served and filed on or before that date.
