It is Ordered that the motion is granted only to the extent of permitting the respondent's answering briefs to be personally served and filed by January 11, 2007. Reply briefs, if any, are to be served and filed by January 22, 2007. The motion insofar as it seeks to strike the record on appeal for failing to include a transcript of the hearing that assessed attorney's fees is denied, without prejudice to raising the issue in the answering brief.
