Motion by the appellant on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated August 25, 2006, and October 31, 2006, respectively, inter alia, to permit him to perform certain work at the subject premises and to enjoin the respondents from interfering with that work pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
