DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellants Mr. Anonymous and Mrs. Anonymous, in effect, to amend so much of a decision and order on motion of this court dated August 29, 2006, as amended by decision and order on motion of this court dated October 4, 2006, as conditioned a stay of enforcement of an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated June 30, 2006, upon perfection of the appeals therefrom by (1) Mr. and Mrs. Anonymous, (2) Tyneisha D., and (3) Family Focus Adoption Services on or before December 4, 2006.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this court dated August 29, 2006, as amended by decision and order on motion of this court dated October 4, 2006, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraphs thereof the date "December 4, 2006," and substituting therefor the date "February 4, 2007"; and it is further,

ORDERED that the fourth decretal paragraph of the decision and order on motion of this court dated October 4, 2006, is vacated; and it is further,

ORDERED that the briefs of the respondent-respondent and the Law Guardian for the subject child, if any, shall be served and filed on or before March 6, 2007, and the respective reply briefs of the appellants, if any, shall be served and filed on or before March 21, 2007.
