Application by the respondent Connetquot Central School District of Islip pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief in a proceeding pursuant to Executive Law § 298 which was transferred to this court by order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated February 6, 2006.

ORDERED that the application is granted and the movant's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until January 25, 2007, and the movant's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
