Motion by the appellant for leave to renew its prior motion to stay the trial in the above-entitled action pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated June 7, 2006, which was denied by decision and order on motion of this court dated October 31, 2006.
