Application by the appellant on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated June 14, 2004, to substitute Grace Mace and Thomas Tagliente, as coexecutors of the estate of Christopher E. DiPasquale, for the deceased defendant Christopher DiPasquale.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted and Grace Mace and Thomas Tagliente, as coexecutors of the estate of Christopher E. DiPasquale, are substituted for the deceased defendant Christopher DiPasquale, and the caption has been amended accordingly.
