Tarnowski and Virginia Tarnowski, and (2) Bank of America pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file their respective briefs on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated February 6, 2006, and two judgments of the same court dated August 28, 2006, and August 30, 2006, respectively.

ORDERED that the applications are granted and the respondents' time to serve and file their respective briefs is enlarged until February 2, 2007, and the respondents' briefs must be served and filed on or before that date.
