Motion by the appellants on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated December 22, 2003, which was determined by decision and order of this court dated June 20, 2006, in effect, for leave to reargue the appellants' prior motions for leave to reargue the appeal and their separate motion for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order of this court dated June 20, 2006, which motions were determined by a decision and order on motion dated November 21, 2006.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the court's own motion, no further motions shall be filed by the appellants in the above-entitled appeal without leave of the court.
