Motion by the defendants for leave to reargue their motion for leave to appeal to this court from an order of the Appellate Term of the Supreme Court, Second and Eleventh Judicial Districts, dated May 16, 2006, which affirmed an order of the Civil Court, Kings County, entered April 6, 2005, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this court dated October 2, 2006, as amended by decision and order on motion of this court dated October 17, 2006.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
