Application by the respondents Companion Life Insurance Company and Canada
Life Insurance Company of New York pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the respondents' time to serve and file briefs on an appeal from an order of the Surrogate's Court, Suffolk County, dated May 16, 2006.
ORDERED that the application is granted and the respondents' time to serve and file briefs is enlarged until January 10, 2007, and the respondents' briefs must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the reply briefs, if any, shall be filed in accordance with the rules of the court (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[b]).
