DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant pro se for leave to reargue his motion, inter alia, to enlarge the time to serve and file a supplemental brief on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Westchester County, rendered March 4, 2004, and, in effect, for leave to reargue his separate motion, inter alia, to enlarge the time to serve and file a supplemental brief on an appeal from a judgment of the same court rendered November 26, 2003, which motions were determined by decision and order on motion of this court dated September 28, 2006.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
