Motion by Local 100 of Transport Workers Union of America, AFL-CIO, the appellant in Appeal No. 1, and Local 726 of the Amalgamated Transit Union, AFL-CIO, and Local 1056 of the Amalgamated Transit Union, AFL-CIO, the appellants in Appeal No. 2, respectively, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from an opinion and order of this court dated October 3, 2006, which determined an appeal from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated December 20, 2005 (Appeal No. 1), and for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from a decision and order of this court dated October 3, 2006 (Appeal No. 2), which determined an appeal from an order and judgment (one paper) of the same court dated December 21, 2005.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied, with $100 costs.
